We work with businesses to articulate their financial plans in numbers and identify how to best leverage their limited resources in order to grow and achieve more.. This includes creating budgets and developing financial models to map out the trajectory of the business in order to guide the actionable plans that will lead to financial success.

Fund Raising and Exit

Assist clients with the fund (equity, debt, other) raising process from start to finish. We work with clients through the various aspects of the process such as valuation, term sheet negotiations, handling difficult discussions with investors and wrapping up the financial close.

Finance & Accounting Processes

Assist clients in resolving issues related to accounting and financial reporting processes. This ranges from improving current processes to maximizing the effectiveness of implementing new systems or processes, especially for new businesses or post-merger situations.

Board Advisory

We participate at board levels whereby our experience and expertise is put to use in guiding companies. Our financial and technical backgrounds enable us to bring a well-rounded view to important discussions and decisions taken at board level.
